Exchange & Cancelletion

EXCHANGES

1. All orders can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Exchange Requests can be placed through website by logging into your account and clicking on “My Profile”, you will get the option to Return/Exchange on your Order summary table
3. If you have guest checked out, kindly scroll down on the website and click on “Request Return” option present on the footer, enter your order details to proceed with the exchange

CANCELLATIONS – POLICY AND PROCESS

1. Cancellation requests are accepted before the product is shipped
2. Cancellation requests can be placed by sending a message through contact form, or via email to [email protected]
3. For prepaid orders cancellation, refund is processed via bank transfer or directly to the mode of payment done

CANCELLATION BY SANRITI FASHION

Sanriti Fashion reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order. Reasons that may lead to order cancellations are unavailable quantities, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by trueBrowns and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.
